4. Product Management: Customers are responsible for adding and managing their products individually on their online store.
5. Payment Gateway Integration: The payment gateway will be integrated according to the customer's preference. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the security and compliance of their chosen payment gateway.
6. No Refunds or Cancellations: Once the subscription fee is paid, no refunds or cancellations are applicable. The one-time setup fee of Rs. 500 is non-refundable.
7. Banned Goods: The sale of banned or illegal goods is strictly prohibited on Your Online Store platform.
8. Liability: MRF Infotech shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of Your Online Store services.
9. Termination of Service: MRF Infotech reserves the right to terminate or suspend the service at any time without prior notice if the customer violates any of the terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamilnadu.
